Shipping policy

We’re a small team here at BoagArt Publishing and we take great pride in the quality of our products. When it comes to shipping, this means things can sometimes take a little longer and therefore we ask that you allow up to 14 days for your orders to arrive but we will do everything we can to get items sent out as soon as possible, usually 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri).
Domestic shipping (UK)
The following products come with free shipping
- Prints (including framed prints)
- Originals
Depending on individual circumstances, it may be more economical for customers to purchase unmounted or mounted prints and then seek additional services from a local framer. Further, prints are sold with a standard mount and frame (selected by the Artist) however these may not always align with the customer's preferences and, in these instances, it may also be advisable to purchase an unmounted print and then seek the services of a local framer to help you achieve the ideal finish.
International shipping (outside UK)
Due to the additional customs requirements, at this time we do not ship outside of the UK.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once your item has been shipped, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers should be active within 24 hours.
Packaging
We take great care and attention to ensure that when your purchase arrives it has that wow factor. For the majority of or products we use custom design mailer boxes and a range of packing materials that help to safeguard the items inside. Unmounted prints are packaged inside a cardboard tube as, through experience, we’ve found this to be the most effective means keeping the item safe during transit.
Our custom boxes are made from 60-70% recycled content whilst our framing corners and shredded paper void fill are made from 100% recycled content. What’s more these materials are fully recyclable and are responsibly sourced.
Damaged goods
If your goods are damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at mail@boagart.com and inform us of the issue(s). This must be within 30 days of receiving your goods (the date of receipt of the goods will be the delivered date per the order tracking details).
Once you’ve let us know there’s a problem, we will provide you with a free returns label that can be printed out and attached to the original packaging. You can then take the return along to a Collect Plus drop off location and, once your returned item has been received, we can either send out a replacement or refund your order. Please note, items must be dropped off for collection within 14 days of receiving the returns label.
Damaged items not notified to BoagArt Publishing within 30 days of receipt of goods will be dealt with in accordance with 'Liability for subsequent defects' section of our TERMS OF SERVICE
