Refund policy

Returns

We do our best to ensure the photos used on the site capture a true likeness of a product (and even hope that you'll enjoy more when you see it in person) but appreciate that individual computer monitors may display colours differently. Therefore, for this reason, we offer free 14 day returns so that, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back at no cost to yourself.

Please note, if more 14 days have gone by since your purchase then unfortunately we can’t offer you an automatic refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition in which they were received; and
  • We also ask that items are returned in their original packaging (to minimise the risk of the item being damaged on its return journey).

The 14 day period begins on the day the item was successfully delivered to the shipping address (or collect by the recipient as arranged with the courier).


Submitting a return

To complete your return, please send us an email at mail@boagart.com and let us know that you'd like to return your item(s).

Provided the item is being returned within 14 days of purchase and in accordance with the terms set out above, we'll provide you with a free returns label that can be printed out and attached to the original packaging. The item can then be returned a Collect Plus drop off location.

Items must be dropped off for collection within 14 days of receiving the returns label.


Processing of return refunds

Once your return has been received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

When approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds will be processed immediately however there is often some processing time before a refund is posted so please allow up to 7 days before getting back in touch (and allow up to 14 days for the return of your money).


Items damaged in transit 

Please examine your goods upon arrival and, if your item(s) have been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at mail@boagart.com and inform us of the issue(s). This must be within 30 days of receiving your goods (the date of receipt of the goods will be the delivered date per the order tracking details).

Once you’ve let us know there’s a problem, we will provide you with a free returns label that can be printed out and attached to the original packaging. You can then take the return along to a Collect Plus drop off location and, once your returned item has been received, we can either send out a replacement or refund your order depending on your preference. Please note, items must be dropped off for collection within 14 days of receiving the returns label.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary. Any refunds will be processed in accordance with the 'Processing of return refunds' above.

BoagArt Publishing will be responsible for the deliver costs of returning an item provided you have followed the steps above. In the first instance, please send us an email at mail@boagart.com to arrange any return.
