Shipping

Which countries do you delivery to?

Currently we only deliver within the United Kingdom.

How will my item be shipped?

Great care is taken to ensure your product arrives safely. We use a range of packing materials to protect the item during transit and most products are shipped in custom design mailer box.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

We aim to ship all products within 3-5 business days.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know we've received your order. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a further email with tracking information.

What happens if my item is damaged during shipping?

If your goods are damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your goods and we’ll help to organise a free return or exchange.

Returns & exchanges

What's your returns policy?

We offer free 30 day returns - if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase then you can send it back at no cost to yourself.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition in which they were received; and
  • We also ask that items are returned in their original packaging (to minimise the risk of the item being damaged on its return journey).

The 30 day period begins on the day the item was successfully delivered to the shipping address. Check out our Returns policy for further details.

I’ve received my purchase but I’ve changed my mind, can I return it?

Yes. We offer free 30 day returns so, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply get in touch and we’ll help to organise your return and refund.

I’ve received my purchase but I’ve changed my mind, can I exchange it?

Yes. Our free 30 day returns policy also applies to exchanges. If you’d like to return your purchase and exchange it for another, get in touch and we’ll help to organise this for you.

Original paintings

I’ve seen a painting I like but it’s out of stock, is it still available?

Unfortunately not (unless the item is subsequently returned). Original paintings will remain live on the site until the expiration of the returns period.

I’ve seen a painting I like but is it possible to change the frame?

In many instances this is possible but depends on the medium and the framing style. Where this is a possibility, in most circumstances the frame can only be changed for a style used on another original painting on the website. If you would like to discuss framing options, including any specific requests, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

Please note, any changes to framing will increases shipping times by around 7-10 days.

What size is the painting and what are the dimensions including the frame?

Do I need to clean the painting? If so, how?
